Serial Number not recognised

I am trying to activate Nitro Pro on a new lap top. I have a 504 serial number.

When I try to activate I get a serial number not recognised message.

Additonally when I use the find license tool, my status is active and I have 2 available activiations.

Any ideas?

When accessing the Activation Portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal to check the license, please make sure to take note of the version specified, as that is the version you should install on your computer. The version 13 and 14 installers are located from the link below:


If you have a version 12 license, you can download the installer from the link below:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi 

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:

Once the correct version is installed, please try to activate it using your existing license.
