Michael Muhle
You folks make it really difficult to upgrade. I currently had Nitro Pro 13. I tried to install 14 per site recommendations saying it would allow me to purchase upgrade. It did not work and bounced me to this site. How do I upgrade to 14? Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted May 24 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 24 Greetings @Michael Muhle Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! We apologize if the upgrade process brought you some confusion. A Nitro PDF Pro 14 installation requires a version 14 license to get activated and an existing version 13 license can be upgraded to version 14 through our Upgrade Portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal. To upgrade, please go to https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade then enter your version 13 license. You will be notified that You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro as soon as you click 'Get Upgrade'. When done, click the Proceed to Checkout then complete the process. Once the upgrade process is complete, you will be redirected to another page that contains the version 14 serial number and a link to download Nitro PDF Pro 14. Kind regards,
Michael Muhle
Hi Reymund, This link was just what I needed. I was able to upgrade without any issues. The 14 edition edit features look to be a major upgrade. I did have two question regarding details on my license. How do I access my account details? I am not sure of the web address for this. Where can I get information on Nitro Sign. I am not sure what the function of this feature is.
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted May 28 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 28 Hello @Michael Muhle I am afraid we do not have a central license management portal for you to use but you can always contact us for issues of licensing and we'll do our best to resolve them. Regarding Nitro Sign, it is actually a distinct program separate from Nitro PDF Pro, for which you have purchased a license. Nitro Sign is a feature-rich electronic signature solution designed to streamline and simplify document signing processes. If you would like more information about Nitro Sign, including pricing details, I recommend visiting our pricing page (see eSign Plans): https://www.gonitro.com/pricing If you can find a comprehensive user guide for Nitro Sign that will provide you with detailed instructions on how to utilize its features effectively: https://www.gonitro.com/user-guide/pro If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to let us know. Michael Muhle
Hi Leslie - I think I might have created the link to the eSign by mistake. I do not have need to it. Could you please cancel my subscription? How much am I paying right now? Mike Muhle
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted May 31 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 31 Hi @Michael Muhle I do not see any active Nitro Sign subscription accounts under the 2 email addresses you are using. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Michael Muhle
Hi Leslie, OK. What confused me was the following comment in you note from last Sunday: "Regarding Nitro Sign, it is actually a distinct program separate from Nitro PDF Pro, for which you have purchased a license. " I assumed you meant I had a license for Nitro Sign. Could you clarify?
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted June 7 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 7 Hello @Michael Muhle You purchased a Nitro PDF Pro license, not Nitro Sign.

Kind regards, This was the worst process I have ever encountered. All you need to click copy on the form provide after you pay for the upgrade. Then you open ver 14 and go n the ribbon marked activate (not the Red activate) and hit the option to paste. you can not copy the serial number directly to this field but must go to the form they provide. took me over an hour to get this done of trial and error.
