Please note that the 12.14 build of version 12 is no longer supported and its activation servers have been shut down. When on version 12 serial number, the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574) is required in order to get activated. Regarding the debug.log issue, have you tried the suggested workaround from that post? Below is the suggested workaround:This is a known issue with 12.16 where it generates a 'debug.log' when opening scanned PDFs. As a workaround, open up Nitro Pro and go to, "File > Preferences > Notifications" and uncheck the option, "Show In-Product Messages".
