The upgrade process doesn't work

I bought the product with a one year-upgarde-warantie but the upgrade process doesn't work ! Please, send me an email so that I can deliver you the license number.

By the way, the support process is not really helpful. I only wanted to contact the support team by email! 😞

Please visit our Upgrade Portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade then upgrade your version 13 license.

I purchased Nitro  Pro 13 March 2022,  Cleverbridge ref # 32*******, I am trying to upgrade but says my serial number is invalid.  I prefer an email contact rather than monitoring this forum.

Unfortunately, our Community Forums do not have the option to forward or send updates through email. 
A user will need to login in order to check the forum post updates. 

Regarding the upgrade, I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal. 
Please access again our Upgrade Portal and then proceed with upgrading your license.
