We uninstalled Antivirus and checked windows the same issue happens. We have two pc facing the same problem. Kindly help to resolve this. I would like to know if there is a fixed pattern when the application crashes. Does the application launch properly without opening a document? What kind of edit and modification are applied to the document before it proceeds with the crash report? Is this happening to all of the PDF documents? Lastly, what is the version and build of Nitro PDF Pro? This can be located when you open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
