Having trouble with serial number

Hi there, I am trying to activate but apparently the serial number doesn't exist. The device serial number is 0F00LKN22443BF if that helps. I can post the serial number I have if need be, I think it may need to be disabled on my old device and reactivated here.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the software's activation. 
Please provide the following details for further investigation:

1. The serial number that you are using to activate the software. 
2. The version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro installation. This can be located when you open Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

Hi,

This is for PDF Pro version 13. The serial number I have been provided is 234***************. This is for a user Trent George. 

We are trying to license it but it seems to not be accepted. Let me know if you need anything else

The provided serial number is a version 12 license and it can only activate a Nitro PDF Pro 12 installation. 
To activate using this serial number, uninstall version 13 then install Nitro PDF Pro 12 using the installer from the link below: 

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi
