The Upgrade Portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade only upgrades the Nitro PDF Pro for Windows licenses. At this time, the latest version of Nitro PDF Pro for Mac is version 13 and when a newer version is released, the upgrade process for Mac license is through the application. Furthermore, the Nitro PDF Pro activation process is unique for each supported Operating System, Windows and MacOS. Thus, any License provisioned for Nitro PDF Pro on Windows cannot be used on MacOS and vice versa. This applies to the license upgrade procedure.
