Except I upgraded from the sales email from 2.17.2022 from Sarah Ewing marking manager that said "To sweeten the reward, we’re offering you 30% off a Nitro upgrade package & a free upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14 upon its release." So while I appreciate support getting the key squared away, that is not what the deal was. I have a copy of my email and the receipts. Please enable my 13 key for a free upgrade. Thank you.
