Not able to upgrade to Nitro version 14

I am also having a problem to upgrade to Nitro 14, my serial number is 504***************

I upgraded to Nitro 13 with the express purpose of being able to upgrade to Nitro 14 when it became available

I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal. 
Please access again our Upgrade Portal and upgrade your existing version 13 license.

I get this error message when I attempt to upgrade

 

The serial number does not exist

Click "Back" and make sure you haven entered the serial number correctly.

 

Serial number is: 504***************

Thanks for any assistance.

I have downloaded version 14 and now it is counting down the number of free trial days.

I have un-installed Nitro 14 and re-installed Nitro 13 and then gone to upgrade. It is asking for a fee. I purchased an upgrade to Nitro 13 with the promise that I would get a complimentary upgrade to Nitro 14  

Buy One get one free.

How do I go about this offer of this upgrade.
