Serial number is: 504*************** Thanks for any assistance. I have downloaded version 14 and now it is counting down the number of free trial days. I purchased an upgrade to Nitro 13 with the promise that I would get a complimentary upgrade to Nitro 14 Buy One get one free. How do I go about this offer of this upgrade.
