Licensing enquiry - expired e-mail address

The person who originally signed up for our office and bought the licenses is gone. The e-mail address was also deleted and we cannot access their account or use the "Forgot Password" function in order to login. How do we get a list of the licenses that are associated with our business? Thank you.
