Unable to upgrade

I have clicked the link from an email to upgrade. I am using v13x. When I put in my serial number, I am told that my serial number is not recognized. I have gone through something similar in the past and it is getting kind of annoying, especially since everything on the Nitro website is done through a community forum, not by servicing an account. Maybe it would be good to put some thought into changing the Nitro website in the future.

Could you please confirm if you are trying to upgrade your serial number that ends with 2790?
If so, I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading this existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.

If you are trying to upgrade a different serial number, please provide it here so we can check the details on our end.
