R Koehn Posted May 28 Report Share Posted May 28 I have clicked the link from an email to upgrade. I am using v13x. When I put in my serial number, I am told that my serial number is not recognized. I have gone through something similar in the past and it is getting kind of annoying, especially since everything on the Nitro website is done through a community forum, not by servicing an account. If so, I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading this existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
