Error al instalar Nitro Pro 13

Hola, intento instalar el Nitro Pro 13 en lap, y al concluir el proceso de instalación y abrir el Nitro recibo un mensaje "Software crashes are drag ant it´s our job to prevebt them. Seem we failed (sorry) and need your help to address this

Ya entre a panel de control y borramos todo lo relacionado a Nitro pero sigue dando el mismo error
