Detect/Create fillable Form Fields from static (non-fillable) form

An entry in the User Guide indicates that "Nitro PDF Pro can scan a static form and add interactive fields for you."

I'm not sure if this is a Mac only feature, but I cannot find it in Nitro PDF Pro 14 for Windows. Does it exist somewhere?

Please be aware that the feature mentioned in the above link is currently available in the Nitro PDF Pro for Mac. 
And, this feature is not yet available in Nitro PDF Pro for Windows.

So, just so that I'm clear, as an owner of Nitro Pro PDF 13 (windows version), in order for me to convert and pdf form to a fillable form, I have to do this manually using for Form option in the tool bar? Thank you in advance.
