THE LACK OF CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ANYONE AT NITRO IS REALLY FRUSTRATING AND THE WEBSITE JUST TAKES ME IN CIRCLES. MY COMPUTER CRASHED AND AM NEEDING TO GET THIS PUT BACK ON MY MACHINE. I understand that you are experiencing an issue activating Nitro PDF Pro using your existing serial number. I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. In checking your account, I can see that you have an existing version 12 license that has been upgraded to version 14 and I noticed an activation attempt that went successful under the version 14 license. Could you please confirm if these are correct? If so, do you still need assistance with activating Nitro PDF Pro using your version 12 license?
