Not able to activate using the license key

Hello,

Recently I had purchased a Nitro Pro 13 license for just a day, later on I had to reinstall the operating system during to an OS issue. I had installed the software and entered the license key, but its showing me a error stating the serial number entered does not exist. I went on the support page to activate the serial key, it should the license is already activate and number of activate user 0. How can reactive the serial number, need help !!

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Please send me your serial number so I can check. I cannot locate it using the email address that you provided.

I look forward to your response.
