Sarah Nonis Posted May 31 Report Share Posted May 31 Hello- my coworker just purchased Nitro Pro, and has tried several times to reset her password so she can log into the program, however she is not receiving an email to do so- she has also submitted a support ticket but no one has answered- can someone please respond with instructions to this post?
