Michelle Silverberg Posted May 31, 2023 Report Share Posted May 31, 2023 I have Nitro 12- all is great. But on some email attachments, the PDF will not open up. It tosses the file into NITRO,in my System Tray, at the bottom of my PC. I then have to click on the Nitro Logo to view the PDF. It does not happen with all attachments though. Dropbox PDF files open and launch perfectly simultaneously but with some email attachments, I cant view it until I launch the program. Any suggestions to kill the 2nd step? I have Win 11.
