Any update on this? I can't upgrade until I have this resolved. Might there be a workaround you can provide?

This site did work for me this time.

However, now I need a copy of a receipt. I keep getting emails with just my license number. I tried contacting Cleverbridge but they only send more emails with my license number. I need a true receipt for reimbursement (date, product, price, payment made).

Not understanding why this simple request seems to be so problematic. I would think you would automatically send a receipt to anyone who buys something. It is annoying to ask in the first place.

Hello @Bruce Sohn

The upgrade to version 14 was free of charge. There was no payment made for this transaction.

Have 13  Licence #**** not recognised on upgrade page
