Can't activate Nitro PDF Pro

Hi,

I recently reformatted my computer but when I've tried to reinstall Nitro PDF Pro, I get this error:

The serial number entered does not exist.
Click 'Back' and make sure that you have entered the serial number correctly.
If you still encounter problems, please contact support via the link below:

Hello Ben,

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Please let me know how that goes.

Thanks so much Leslie, I couldn't remember what version I had.

I'm getting this error now though:

"You have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license. Please deactivate Nitro Pro from another computer that has used this serial number, before attempting to activate again.
If you have recently encountered hardware issues and need to install Nitro Pro on another computer, please contact support via the link below"

Are you able to deactivate all of my installations? I didn't think to do it before I formatted my computer.
