Sam Bellwood Posted June 1 Report Share Posted June 1 Hello, can you tell me how many active licences we (Advanced Manufacturing (Sheffield) Limited) has please? To my knowledge we should have 4 but only 2 are in use due to the following query. Also, what is the process for reclaiming lost licences? For your context, we had Nitro Pro installed on a couple of devices but these have now been wiped/reset. The users of these devices have been provided new equipment and asked for Nitro, it has been installed by our MSP, but they don't have licences available to apply. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. If this isn't the right platform to raise the queries above on, please let me know and direct me towards the correct/appropriate contact. I sent you a direct message with your 4 Nitro Pro 13 serial numbers. Looks like only 2 of those keys are in use. You may use the other keys for other computers. The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.
