Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. I am not surprised. After I upgraded to Nitro Pro 13, I kept getting emails offering me Nitro Pro 13 at discount. If you will provide me with an email address, I will be glad to forward the email documenting my purchase with the serial number that doesn't seem to be recognized. I looked at my account in gonitro and it does not show any active Nitro Pro products. How do I see what Nitro Pro products gonitro thinks I have active? My serial number begins with 504, which indicates it is valid for Nitro Pro 14. Also, I am not impressed with gonitro website.
