Nitro Pro 14cfree upgrade does not recognize serial number.

I received the free upgrade email, and when I enter my serial number from the email acknowledging my payment, it says 

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

I am not surprised. After I upgraded to Nitro Pro 13, I kept getting emails offering me Nitro Pro 13 at discount.

If you will provide me with an email address, I will be glad to forward the email documenting my purchase with the serial number that doesn't seem to be recognized.

I looked at my account in gonitro and it does not show any active Nitro Pro products. How do I see what Nitro Pro products gonitro thinks I have active?

My serial number begins with 504, which indicates it is valid for Nitro Pro 14.

Also, I am not impressed with gonitro website.
