Steve Demaree Posted June 1, 2023 Report Posted June 1, 2023 I have gone back to my purchase email and used the serial number listed on the electronic invoice and when I enter it on the upgrade form it indicates unable to validate. How can that be? Now what do i do? Who can assist me find my correct serial number?

I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal. Please access again our Upgrade Portal and try to upgrade that serial number. If the unable to validate message persists, please provide the serial number that you would like to upgrade. Sherman Wong Posted June 3, 2023 Report Posted June 3, 2023 I have the same problem as Mr. Demaree. I've entered the 18-character serial number that I have for Nitro Pro 13, but the online form indicates that the serial number is invalid. I hope that you can assist me also. Thank you. Sherman Wong
