i am moving Nitro pro from old pc to new pc and i cannot activate it

i am moving Nitro pro from old pc to new pc and i cannot activate it.

When i attempt to activate, Nitro tells me "the serial # doesnt exist"  WTH?

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

The 'Serial number does not exist' will likely occur if the version of the application does not match the version of the license. 
Example: If you have a version 13 license, it will require a Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation. 

In checking your account, I can see that you have a version 13 license.  
Kindly check the version of Nitro PDF Pro on your computer by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version is not Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x, please uninstall and then install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please ensure to click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your existing version 13 license. 
To activate, launch Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.

Thanks Reymund!  That was the issue.  I uninstalled 14 and then installed 13 and I'm good to go.
