In checking your serial number, it seems that it is not based on the format of the serial number that we support for the upgrade. You can verify the validity of the license through our license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal I recommend reaching out to the store where you purchased the license for any assistance. I have version 13.15.1.282 on my PC but the IT team wants me to use the newer version on my laptop. For activation, I need a new serial #. Thanks. You can continue to use your existing serial number (version 13) as long as you will install Nitro PDF Pro 13. The latest build for this version can be found from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. If you would like to use the latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 14, you will need to upgrade your license to version 14. You can upgrade your license with a discounted upgrade price through our Upgrade page at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade After the upgrade, you will receive a new serial number (version 14) which will enable you to activate Nitro PDF Pro 14.
