Bruce Edenson Posted June 2, 2023 Report Share Posted June 2, 2023 I purchased Nitro PDF Pro on 8/10/2022. Several days ago I disposed of my laptop, deactivating Nitro Pro beforehand. I want to reactivate NitroPro on my new laptop but, unfortunately, I no longer have the serial number. Can Nitro please provide me with it or explain the process for its recovery? Thanks in advance. The details of the license we found under your email address have been sent here via direct message. Please install Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you could successfully activate using this serial number. The installer can be located from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. After the installation, you can activate by opening the application and then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
