Brian Dyck Posted June 3, 2023 Report Posted June 3, 2023 I recently did the upgrade from V13 to V14, and I now have an unworkable program. The customer service for NitroPro is so discouraging because there seems to be no way to talk to anyone. I have put request after request for help or a call back and have received nothing. I have been a long time promoter of NitroPro but this has left me in a lurch on what to do. Any pdf file that I try to add text to or if the file is a little larger, it crashes, which is every day. I simply can't use this program. Any suggestions?
