I am being sent on an endless support loop. The SN of the purchased license is 504***************. Thanks for any help. In checking your account, I can see that you have already upgraded your version 13 serial number to 14. I have sent you a direct message regarding your version 14 license. As mentioned in the direct message, please install Nitro PDF Pro 14 so you could successfully activate using your version 14 serial number. The installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 14' link. After the installation, you can activate by opening the application then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
