Update for Nitro PRO 14 Not Working

Same problem as many others.

My serial number is not recognised for ver14 upgrade.

 504***************

 

Could you help me, please.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

In checking your serial number, I can see that it is eligible for a discount when upgrading to version 14.
Please go to https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade then enter your serial number. When you click 'Get Upgrade' you should receive the message 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.'  

Here's a screenshot of the Upgrade portal using your serial number:

Hi, I have the same issue. When I enter my serial number (234***-******-******) and I proceed to check out (from same page as your screenshot), I only get the upgrade to the version 13 and not version 14.
