Nitro Pro Upgrade Portal not recognizing V13 serial number.

Hola, compré Nitro en el año 2020. Ahora he cambiado mi equipo y despues de instalar la Version 14 no consigo activar el programa.

Al intentar activar me sale en mensaje The Serial Number entered does not exist

Mi numero de Serie es 504********

Please be aware that your current serial number is a version 13 license, and you need to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you can successfully activate it. 
Kindly uninstall the Nitro PDF Pro 14 on your computer and then install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads -  please make sure to click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.  

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you should be able to activate using your existing version 13 license.
To activate, launch Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate. 

If you are interested to upgrade your license to version 14, please visit our Upgrade page at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade 
There is currently a discount when you upgrade an existing license to version 14.
