We have changed our PC with a nitro Pro v.12 and we need to move the license.

I have tried to deactivate the license but it is no longer possible

Can we use the license for a nitro Pro v.13??

How shoul we proceed?

You have several serial numbers (for different versions). Please send me the serial number you are trying to use so we can check this for you.

I am attempting to transfer an existing license to a new computer. This process does not word as it should and there are no easy solutions. 

Figuring out how to use support is also frustrating. 

My understanding of the process is to first deactivate the license from the old computer. How hard can it be? When I go hit "deactivate " on my old computer all I get is this message: "licenses.gonitro.com says

Please select devices to deactivate"

If I go to licenses.gonitro.com the only message I get is "forbidden".

My serial # is **********.

If I just go ahead and try to activate with deactivating I get an errer code "-24"

Please help me with this. very frustrating

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11  and its activation servers have been shut down.

We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page:

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy, we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13. You can find Nitro Pro 12 installer from the page below and activate it with your current Nitro Pro 11 serial number.

This specific serial number you provided is a Nitro Pro 11 key. We no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and its activation servers are down. We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page:
