We have a whole list of Nitro Pro licenses that we keep track of that we assign to employees as they need them. I am trying to load out Nitro Pro 13, fresh installation of the application on a fresh installation of windows. Not a single license we have works anymore to activate the software. We have already verified that all the licenses that have been tried have at least one available activation left but the software tells me "The serial number does not exist". Netlogic Support Posted June 7 Author Report Share Posted June 7 I found the licenses we have are Nitro Pro 12, I assume my issue may be related to trying to use a 12 license on a 13 application.
