Nancy Marsh Posted June 7 Report Share Posted June 7 Nitro Pro 13 - worked fine until a couple of days ago. Now it crashes when I open it, when I try to open a PDF. Reinstalling did no good. Useless after less than 1 year on version 13. Customer support is non-existent now, very disappointing. We've used Nitro Pro since version 8 - never an issue. No way I'll upgrade to 14 based on what I'm reading in this community support area. What are the chances of a resolution? Perhaps a REFUND???
