Cindy Ishikawa Posted June 8 Report Share Posted June 8 I am writing on behalf of a co-worker because she cannot sign-in. She signed-up for the 14 day free trial. It expired. She then tried to purchase Nitro Sign Essentials but it didn't work. She then deleted her trial account. She then signed-up for a new trial account. She was asked to reset her password and received confirmation that this was successful but her password doesn't work. Can someone help with this?
