Issues reactivating license on new computer

Hi There,  i have tried multiple times to activate my license on new computer and keep getting error that 'serial number doesn't exist'  

It does exist.  I've got my Cleverbridge email confirming it.  I deactivated the license on my old computer and it shows it's been deactivated and I have two activations allowed.  

Will someone please help me to get this sorted out?

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
