Heather Du Bois Posted June 9, 2023 Report Posted June 9, 2023 Hi There, i have tried multiple times to activate my license on new computer and keep getting error that 'serial number doesn't exist' It does exist. I've got my Cleverbridge email confirming it. I deactivated the license on my old computer and it shows it's been deactivated and I have two activations allowed. Will someone please help me to get this sorted out? Thank you,

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with your serial number. Please let me know how that goes.
