Anthony Hill Posted June 11, 2023 Report Share Posted June 11, 2023 I am getting the following error code when i try to save documents 0x40010001 What we do is we open an existing pdf file. Then we type something on it using text. when we save, the text we types disappears and then we get this error. to close the document we have to select "don't save". but then when you open the file again, the edit we made was actually saved and the file properties have been changed to note the date modified to be the date/time we saved it. so it is saving it, but every time we get an error. what's up? Every time I try to save a document, as soon as I click save the cursor goes into little wheel mode and nothing happens. Click a couple more times and the screen goes white and the "program not responding" dialog appears. I then ask windows to close and restart the program and, when I look for the saved document, it does show up in the correct location and with the changes made prior to saving.
