I have deactivated my licence on an old laptop and there are no active devices on my license record but I can still not activate license on my new laptop. Please help

Activation issues will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the Nitro PDF Pro on the machine. 
Example: If you own a version 13 license, you should install Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you could successfully activate it. 

Using our License Portal, please check the version of your serial number. Once verified, check the version of the software that is installed on your computer, this can be located when you open Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version of the software does not match the license, please uninstall then install the correct version.
