I click the support button and already deactivate the license. and tried to reactivate the license but still failed (it is said: the serial number entered doesnt exist). Please kindly help. Activation issues such as 'serial number entered doesn't exist' will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the Nitro PDF Pro on the machine. Example: If you own a version 13 license, you should Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you could successfully activate it. Using our License Portal, please check the version of your serial number. Once verified, check the version of the software that is installed on your computer, this can be located when you open Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version of the software does not match the license, please uninstall it and then install the correct version.
