Nitro Printer Will not Install

Good morning,

 

One of our users changed the name of the PDF Nitro printer by accident and it started producing an error when he attempted to print to PDF using the PDF Nitro printer.  I removed the printer thinking I could easily reinstall it.  I attempted using the Nitro PDF Creator installation tool and it gives an error saying 'Installation of the printer driver has failed'.  I uninstalled PDF Nitro using the removal tool and reinstalled the latest version of PDF Nitro 13 but the issue persists.  Thank you in advance for the assistance.
