Curious about support.

Hi.  I went here to get help with a Mac Version question I have: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket/pdf-pro-mac#. Clicked on "Other", then " Knowledgebase", and that oddly took me here : https://smile.helpscoutdocs.com where I began a chat session - but then the email I got back was all about Text Expander, a product you don't even sell.  This is super confusing.

I wanted to ask a question about keyboard shortcuts (is there a list of these) and also, is there a way when you are in a tool, say the call out, and you just want to go back to default, or maybe the pointer - is there an easy kb shortcut for that to avoid all the clicking around.  Thanks !
