upgrade to Nitro 14 wont activate with serial number

I was using nitro pro 13 and the html to pdf crashed wouldn't re-install.  did the free upgrade to nitro pro 14.  deactivated serial number through nitro portal. serial number won't re-activate on nitro pro 14.  only will let me continue with a free trial.  wouldn't let me submit a support ticker. please help

also the html to pdf printer now does not work on the new program

There is no free upgrade from your version (13) to version 14, sorry about that.

To upgrade to version 14, kindly visit the following web page:

On the web page, please enter your serial number and follow the provided instructions. This will enable you to obtain a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files.
