Olivia Hickey Posted June 16, 2023 Report Share Posted June 16, 2023 I was using nitro pro 13 and the html to pdf crashed wouldn't re-install. did the free upgrade to nitro pro 14. deactivated serial number through nitro portal. serial number won't re-activate on nitro pro 14. only will let me continue with a free trial. wouldn't let me submit a support ticker. please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To upgrade to version 14, kindly visit the following web page:https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade On the web page, please enter your serial number and follow the provided instructions. This will enable you to obtain a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files. If you wish to continue using Nitro Pro 13, please let me know.
