Reverted to expired trial status

My installation of Nitro Pro 13 reverted to "expired trial" status and when I try to activate using my serial  number (or the serial number provided through the activation support tab) it says that serial number does not exist. It also says I have no installations when I have been using it for years.

I sent you a direct message with your serial number.

That error message you are getting means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
