Nitro PDF Pro gives Error Message: -24 Aktivation Error on Version 12

i am trying to install version 12 on my new worksation and to deaktivate the serial nbr. on thre old one. 

Error Message -24 Aktivation Error on th e old and new machine. Serial Nbr. for 12.1  is 1621**************

Any Help?

In checking your serial number, it seems that it is not a valid Nitro PDF Pro license. You can verify this using our License Activation Portal 
Entering the serial number in the portal will return a message 'Please enter a valid serial number'

I recommend reaching out to the store where you purchased the serial number for further assistance.
