Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted July 4, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 4, 2023 Greetings @irit carmi-levy Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! A "0x400..." error codes are actually a Microsoft Network error codes that are passed on to Nitro Pro. Here's how you can interpret the error code 0x400D04C8: The last four digits above (04C8) are a Windows Error code which should shed light on the nature of the issue. These 4 digits are in hexadecimal format so first you need to convert this to a decimal number using a converter such as the one here: http://www.binaryhexconverter.com/hex-to-decimal-converter Once you have the number, you can look it up using Microsoft's database of error codes: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms681381(v=vs.85).aspx The error code 0x400D04C8 states the following: ERROR_USER_MAPPED_FILE 1224 (0x4C8) The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open. The error may refer to the file in question being opened by another process on the machine like programs that scan files and it locks the document. Please try to save the file on a local desktop like 😄 drive. Once saved, copy the file from the local desktop to the original file location.
