I got an email that I could update to Nitro 14. When I tried (several times) with my seriel-number 5049..., I got the message "We were unable to validate your serial number ..."

Please, can You help me?

Same issue here.  How do I get my serial numbers since when I look it up only the first 6 digits show up?  They are: 504999.
