Stamp text dissapears when i click save

Hi

Nitro Pro 13.70.4.50 x64

I create a simple stamp with some text and the date.

When i save the pdf the stamp content dissapears. I've used this for years and its always worked apart from when it stopped working the other day.

The standard stamps all work and save normlly (without the text dissapearing).

Could someone advise?

how do i raise a support ticket? I still have this problem and it still needs fixing for me. whemn i use a stamp, then save the document the stamp contents dissapears.

The support for nitro is abit weird, just goes round in circles, no way to actually raise a support ticket for help?
