Product Update - From v13 to v14

I have purchased a Nitro  Pro Upgrade from v12 to v13 on 03/07/2023, with Product Update for 1 year. Now I'm trying to upgrade from v13 to v14, but I can't find the way to do it.

When I use the Product Update page to validate my serial number, shows me an error message. Bellow the error result.  Please, I need a help.

I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access again our Upgrade page and then try to upgrade your serial number.
