Marco Schram Posted June 20 Report Share Posted June 20 (edited) I have purchased a Nitro Pro Upgrade from v12 to v13 on 03/07/2023, with Product Update for 1 year. Now I'm trying to upgrade from v13 to v14, but I can't find the way to do it. When I use the Product Update page to validate my serial number, shows me an error message. Bellow the error result. I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
