I am trying to upgrade to the new version 14 -- Serial # isn't approved

Hi There,

 

I can’t seem to upgrade to Nitro PDF 14 because it doesn’t recognize my serial number. In fact, it looks like the serial number the entry box is prompting me to enter on Nitro’s website is 19 digits but I have an 18 digit serial number. How do I upgrade to PDF version 14?

On the web page, please enter your serial number and follow the provided instructions. This will enable you to obtain a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files.

Hi Leslie,

I think I have it figured out. Upon purchasing the upgrade am I able to apply version 14 to my laptop, home desktop, and work desktop? I have three devices and I am hoping this can be accommodated. Please let me know before I finalize purchase.

You can install on a primary computer and also a secondary computer. This is to allow you access to our product whilst you are away from your primary installation.

If you need to install on a third or more computers you would need to purchase additional licenses.
