UPGRADE TO NITRO PDF PRO 14

I got an email that I could update to Nitro Pro 14 . When I tried (several times) with my serial-number..., I got the message "We were unable to validate your serial number..." My current Nitro Pdf version 12.16.9.574

When I bought this version it was supposed to be perpetual free upgrade.

Please assist.

There is no perpetual free upgrade, but there is a free upgrade coverage for a year or until the new version is released.

Kindly send me the serial number(s) you are trying to upgrade so I can check this for you.
