When I tried (several times) with my serial-number..., I got the message "We were unable to validate your serial number..." There is no perpetual free upgrade, but there is a free upgrade coverage for a year or until the new version is released. To upgrade to version 14, kindly visit the following web page: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade On the web page, please enter your serial number and follow the provided instructions.
