Pro 12 to 13

Hello all,

This subject has probably been discussed previously, but I was unfortunately not able to find a solution.

I have a license for Nitro Pro 12, now we have shifted to the cloud with the company network and the only Nitro Pro version available to us is Nitro Pro 13. The Pro 12 key is no longer recognized by Nitro and no clear solution is provided on how to convert it.

Could some one please advise on how I can have my license key converted to a Pro 13 key?

We no longer have an upgrade path from Nitro Pro 12 to version 13.

To upgrade to version 14, kindly visit the following web page:
https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

On the web page, please enter your serial number and follow the provided instructions. This give you a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files.
