Serial Number not validating for Nitro Pro 14 upgrade offer

I'm trying to upgrade my license to the new Nitro Pro 14 on this page: https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade-release

But I keep getting an error message that my serial number could not be validated.  I know I have the right serial number because I'm copying it right from the original email from Cleverbridge.

Is it safe to post that serial number here publicly?  Or can someone reach out via direct message so I can share my serial number.
